Purity from SPAR bluewater bay Port Elizabeth

I bought purity for my baby at Spar at bluewater Bay in port Elizabeth. The picture of what my baby ate looks like mold as it's in those packets they suck. She vommited the whole day because of this product. They must be held accountable. I went to the manager and they are full aware of this incident. Please assist in making sure this doesn't not happen to another customer. I would like to sue them for this.
