Public Indency allowed at SPAR

I went to Mills Spar in Pietermaritzburg with my brother and 2 & a half year old nephew. While shopping there I saw a young girl of maybe 16 years old wearing skimpy underwear and a beaded necklace. That was all. I queried it with the cashier and she said its tradition. My tradition is to slaughter animals on a special of the year, but I don't go doing that in SPAR. If I wanted to see that, I would have attended that traditional function. Since I hadn't, it goes unsaid that that was not what I wanted to see while shopping. Public Indecency is a real thing. We all have our traditions, we carry them out at a specified venue. It does not hurt anyone to put on a shirt and pants to go into a store, it is an action that indicates that you are aware of other people and you are not impinging your beliefs on them. I will not have my nieces and nephew subjected to that, and due to that fact, I will not be shopping at Spar again. Staff should have told the young lady or her mother that she cannot go into the store dressed in such a manner, failure to do so indicated that you do not value the belief of every customer and therefore do not need us as clients.
