Protea SuperSpar

So i go to spar like i normally do everyday and get my goodies and wait in line. being the 30th it was very busy, lines down the isle. So i go to a till at the cigarette counter and after a while I get told that her card machine is out of order and that i should go wait in another line. I do and 10 min into my wait I see a problem up ahead and ask a manager if the card machines are not working he says that they are but i should just be taken to another machine if they aren't. I get to the front after waiting 20 min and the cashier says that the machines are not working. I told her what manager said and she seems to care less. I find a young manager and ask him whats going on after all the other manager said I would be helped at another till. He says the card machines are not working and its the banks fault. I asked him where are the signs saying that the machines are down. There are 100's of customers waiting in line and 90% of them are going to use a card. This is how spar treats their daily customers??? are we all **** in your eyes. Just tell me and i will **** off to checkers.
