Prospur Spar needs to better their Service

Been living in Plumstead for 22 years and we always get bad service from one of the Deli ladies at Prospur Spar. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful including the other Deli lady, Besides this one. We have already confronted her and the manager a while ago. but nothing became of it. We don't usually like to support this spar, only because they not well stocked especially when it comes to meat but sometimes we are forced to because of convenience. But 2 nights ago we went there and we got the same bad service. And when we went to the owner. He literally looked at us in the face then looked down and carried on with what he was doing. He didn't say a word. Totally ignoring everything we were experiencing and saying. I'm very frustrated, I've never ever experienced such bad service from someone in such high authority. I'm sure with management like that staff members probably feel like they can treat customers anyway they want. I will not set foot into that spar ever again, because I left feeling more shocked about the owner then the Deli Lady. Even though I'm only a stone throw away. Will rather spend my time and drive to Spar in Rosemead or Pick n Pay Plumstead where you always get what you want and their strive on service.
