Promotion gift not availible on time

My family seen a promotional leaflet in the store and decided to purchase because my son wanted the gift that came with it, only to get to the counter and they say the promotional gifts are with supplier who only comes over the weekend or next day they not sure, so i asked for the sale to be reversed because it didn't meet my needs that's when the front manager comes and assures me he will get the promotional gift for me and took my details, i did however go there a couple of times after the incident and was given a story why they didn't have it.So i left it as spill milk never to shop for any promo at Spar and didn't bother about it until this weekend almost a month later the manager spots me in the store and comes over with my gift. Well done. The item we purchased is still to be consumed its non perishable so we safe and sill got time.
