Promises: Easily made, easily forgotten 🤯

I'd like to take the time to write a complaint about Spar Oak Cottage Makhanda( formerly Grahamstown). I purchased the Spar home brand Kelloggs cereal in February 2023 for the Jamie Oliver cereal bowls but there weren't any stock available for the loving bowls so the supervisor on duty said I must return within a week to collect my bowls, went there the following weekend to find out that they still didn't arrived and than another on duty supervisor said that they'll follow up with the order of my bowls but have not heard anything from them after numerous attempts to find out if my so long awaited Jamie Oliver owls arrived. I am so sick and tired of this Spar's empty promisses that I'd will definitely never do any shopping with them again.
