Product that I dropped in store after paying replaced :o :D

I want to stop using plastic bags and to walk to shop where possible so I took my backpack to Spar to do my shopping.

I had paid already and I was packing my things into my backpack. I had tried to pack too many things in and as I lifted it onto my back, the zip parted and my jar of Nescafe coffee shattered on the floor.

I said aloud it was my fault and no one was to blame for the drop but me, the friendly staff still reassured me and fetched me a new jar of Nescafe from the shelves telling me that it is company policy to replace products that break before the customer leaves the door.

I am thoroughly impressed with your customer centric approach, my compliments to the friendly staff at the La Montage Kwikspar on the corner of Albertus and Skool streets.
