Pricing misled

Spar FRANKFORT prices are ridiculous as on shelf it will say R25.99 on the till when you pay it says R29.99 I noticed it while I was using my Calculator that no we are being misled, worse it came to the cutlery stickers that you get when you soend over R100.00. I have filled that thing of theirs but whrn I get there nothing, worse last week Thursday on the 28th the was special plus those items arrived and when I got the later on there was nothing all finished " They told their friends first " plus that day after I lef5 a Store around 18h15 I got the SMS for the spacial which it is already done theres nothing left worse we are in the FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION.
