Last Thursday at lunchtime, I visited SUPERSPAR Sunninghill and found the lunch section bustling with activity. Amidst the crowd, all I craved was a carrot cupcake. Patiently, I waited for assistance, and then, like magic, a staff member spotted me and swiftly made her way through the crowd with a smile to serve me. It's gestures like these that ensure I'll be returning. Kudos to Spar Sunninghill for instilling a sense of ownership and warmth in their staff.
