Poor,pathethic,appalling customer service from Spar South Africa

I bought a voucher from Spar South Africa for R500 + R15 for postage, the system were quick to take my money however it is the 04/05/2021 and my brother in Cape Town has not received anything to date...Spar's customer service is poor and lack of concern even more worrying. One thing is for sure i will never support them again and neither buy from them,they taking their own sweet time to respond and i have had not constructive help thus far ,id it was within my power i will give them no stars...Very dissapointing and utterly disgusted and i dont even think they bothered about hellopeters reviews....
