Poor workmanship and customer service

Poor workmanship when making a hot meal. I requested from the deli department a mince parata. The meal is normally made over 30 minutes however after 20mins of shopping at the store. I followed up with department only to find the meal was not made. I waa not happy and was prepared to cancel the request. To when the employee mentioned that he will start to make it only to find 15 mins later the meat was made but was still roar and uncooked. On the same day i purchased a 2 litre of full cream milk where the expiry date was 15th of February 2021. It was approximately 12 days to go. On the 3rd of February the milk was spoilt. I complained to the spar customer care to be advised that i will only be given the same milk again. I was expecting more incentive for my honesty as i never publish on social network
