Poor Treatment at Sutton Square Spar

My 3 year old son suffered a badly broken femur at a Sutton Square Spar Supermarket in King William's Town as a result of a carelessly positioned metal rack / display stand in the store. Upon reporting the matter to the owners of the store I was made to contact their "insurers" to register a claim. I was made to give a statement of what happened, as well as collect all the medical records pertaining to the injury to my baby. After submitting what I had at the time I was quickly sent an email telling me that the store took no responsibility for injuries to my child. I still have the pictures and anyone can see that the "display stand" was just an accident waiting to happen.
