Poor trading hour time keeping

Hi There<br> <br> I passed Vaalpark with my girlfriend and her mom and wanted to buy a tub of ice cream.Just before reaching the door I asked one of the Spar employees coming out what times does the store close. She rep**** that the store is closing at 8pm. I went to the door which was being kept closed by a white afrikaans guy. I asked him to let us in.<br> <br> He said they were closed. I looked at my phone and it read 19:55 meaning they had to keep the doors open for another 5 minutes. I told the gentlemen it's not 8 o'clock yet. He said yes it is 5 minutes to 8pm and kept the door closed being very ********. What impression does that leave with me? It was very rude to say the least and that customer satisfaction means absolutely nothing to you ! I am not confused at all by the way he responded or the time it was and you can surely look at the camera on the front door at when he closed the door not letting customers in. <br> <br> Now to be so ******** towards me when I tell you your trading times constitutes you taking my rights away as a consumer. Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act No. 68 of 2008), Chapter 3 Part A 68.1.<br> <br> I now have a right to sue, do you think that you can take that away too?
