POOR SERVICE WRT TO ONLINE VOUCHER DELIVERY

I purchased an online voucher for R5000 and paid for courier delivery of 3-5 days. I contacted them after 8 days when not delivered and they called saying they needed a copy of my ID. The Voucher is a Christmas Gift and today is the 22nd Dec they say they will send it overnight to Lichtenberg.

When I asked why they didn't contact me earlier for my ID Bernice said she didn't know.

I know from experience you can't overnight to Lichtenberg from Durban which means this will arrive late. This is an archaic process. Why not dispatch from the nearest store with 2U
