Poor service received

I was a Spar Gandhi square on the 14 th of August and I was buying my child snacks worth R243 only to swipe my card and the merchant kept buffering,swiped for the 2nd time and same thing ,3rd time - insufficient funds and when I checked my app the money was out ,a supervisor with a stinking attitude came and told me that I can not take my groceries because on their side the money is not showing and the supervisor who I dis not get the name tells me that the problem is with my bank ...what the hell was that, because i was late for my transport i left with no groceries and no money and the way i was embarrassed and the time i spent on the queue was ridiculous . I was they told the money will be reversed after 24 hours but to my suprise the money was returned back after 2 weeks and I called the shop i was told to send a statement and the financial department will habe to deal with the matter ans i sent the screenshot of the statement from the banking app which was declined because they need a statement and to myself i feel very inconvenienced because i have to run up and down just to get my R200 and how much am i spending just to get that R200 back 😳until today i was called once by the manager and no one has bothered to check if I had received my money back.
