Poor Service from Nolwazi Secunda Spar

I am very disappointment regarding the service I received yesterday at your store. I usually purchase food daily from Spar for my employees who have relocated to Secunda, as I value the quality of your meals and the service from your team. Normally, my colleagues and I are assisted by two ladies who serve us around the same time each day. Yesterday, however, the experience was extremely unpleasant. One of the ladies who normally assist us was cleaning the floor when we arrived, and while my colleagues jokingly asked who would assist us today, we remained in the queue (we were 4th or 5th at the time). When it was our turn, your employee Nolwazi refused to serve us. She specifically stated that she would not assist us because we had previously complimented her colleague’s service. Despite us requesting last pap and chicken, she skipped us, served the customer behind us, and even sold him the same meal we had asked for. She continued to refuse service, leaving the three of us with no choice but to leave the store unattended and travel to Secunda 5 Star Spar (5–7 km away) to purchase food. This behavior was deeply disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I was shocked that a compliment to one employee could result in such negative treatment from another. I have lost confidence in ever being served fairly by Nolwazi again.
