Poor service from kwikspar Butterworth

Hi please help me, today i went to kwikspar Butterworth and i bought milk the and i went to my place of work and made coffee and the milk isn't milk anymore and i took it back and i even took a picture of my cup of coffee and its sour milk, when i return it. Supervisors refuse to help me with it and am totally not happy with their service,
