Poor service

I recently bought some beverages at TOPS in Jeppe Street. The lady that was assisting me charged me R10 more and then told me that she would cancel my purchase as I was overcharged. My items were R241 and she instead charged me R256, she told me she cancelled the purchase and to my surprise she didnt. The transaction went through and I was told to send my bank-statements which I did. Now its 2 weeks later without my money being reversed and no one is bothering to call me and give me feedback.

Im so disgruntle by the poor service received from the Store as Im now constantly calling their call centre and im told the same thing over and over that has no solution none what-so ever
