Poor Service

I went to SPAR SilverOaks in Silverlakes to exchange the Ready mix for ****ins which were bought in SPAR SIlverton. When i got there i was told they can't exchange for me i have to go and exchange in SIlverton where i bought them.

I asked if i bought them in KZN and come here in Gauteng to exchange, they said you have to go and exchange in KZN, i mean how possible is that???

POOR SERVICE OF OUR FELLOW BLACK PEOPLE!!!!!! I found them at KIOSK i think they were 3 or 4, all they do is gossip
