poor service/bad attitude

Tuesday the 11/08/2015 at 12:15 i walked in at Spar Maphumulo expected to be assisted at Money market, when i stood in the counter the lady walked out of the counter and the lady next to her told me she was off to lunch and will be back about 30min to an hour. I asked if there was someone else coming to assist, she rep**** with a No. I then walked to the manager table counter where there was a man by the surname of Dlamini who was on the phone for about 15min even when i indicated that im waiting for him. I then another lady to call a manager, she called another which i did not take her name who failed to solve my matter and revered me to wait for the guy that was on the phone. I waited for him and when he come to me , he did not apologies he just told me the lady that suppose to relieve the other lady was off sick.When i told him about the service standards i should receive he then told me he was going to call Ayanda the lady working at money market, i waited for 30min there was no sign of Ayanda or him. The que was still long and no one was helping at the money market..For the interest of time i left without being help.
