Poor service at Superspar Plaza Nelspruit

I purchased an item at Plaza Superspar. I then asked the cashier if I can withdraw a cash send from the till. She told me that I must go to the money market to withdraw the cash send from there. The cashier told me that she doesn’t have money. She said I must go to PEP. I asked her why can’t she get the money from another cashier / supervisor, keep record of it and pay back the money when she has it. She says she doesn’t know why. I told her other retail shops do that. I also know that you can withdraw cash sends at any till at any Spar. I then asked the management for help and that I am unhappy about the service. One of the managers then went with me to the money market. After a few minutes he came to me with a speed point and I told him that I don’t want to withdraw money using my bank card but that I wanted to withdraw a cash send. This means that the manager didn’t even listen to my complaint and just assumed his own things. I am shocked the way Spar treats its customers.
