Poor service at Spar, Duzi,Pietermaritzburg

I had a very bad experience at Spar, Duzi. Bought 3litres of Orange River(sweet Rose). Openning inside it was just like white with a funny taste.This happened twice. First I just threw away , then second time decided to take it back, the manager told me its not his problem, because they are not the producers but they only sell. Instead of coperating to check the problem to avoid it in future they would rather not entertain me. Poor service. They even laughed at me in front of all the customers who were queuing in the shop.(Tops, Duzi) Longmarket Street. Pietermaritzburg.
