Poor service at its core

Yesterday at SPAR spargs that has a garage in Butterworth, Eastern Cape. I was treated so poorly by the supervisors and managers of that shop and I don't know why SPAR is attaching it's self with that shop called spargs that shop is run poorly by people who do not know the law. And they denied yesterday to acknowledge their mistake in anyway possible even have the edge to tell me they won't help me with the price drop down to what I saw on the shelves and trying to confuse me with something I see infront of me. The story is I took 2 package eggs of 30's at the shelf the price was R79.99 each and I even took a picture of the price at the shelf even the barcode was the same the product was Toplay eggs medium 30s. So I went to the till to pay on my surprise the products cost R89.99 for each which will total R179.98 for both so I said to the lady at the till no no no that's the wrong price I showed her the price on my phone which I took a picture of she said let me call the supervisors when they came and see what is in front of them they could help take down the price to what I even took them to the shelf to see even though I even told them the law states the price you see on the shelves of the product is the price the shop supposed to sell you with not what the till tells you. Yhoooo those guys even the manager came even him he did want to change anything he just said by them with the price the till says not with what's on the shelves or leave the eggs if you don't want to by with what we are telling you. So I said it's okay I buy them but you must know the law disagrees with what the shop is doing to me the problem why I bought them with the price that was not fear to me is because I really needed eggs and it was late time was 19:00 and the date was 15-11-2023 the cashier's name was Celiwe Mtyida. So in my disappointment I bought eggs which were supposed to be sold to me For R79.99 each at a total price of R159.98 for R179.98 at R89.99 each at SPAR Spargs garage in Butterworth Eastern Cape poor service like you've never seen how humiliated I was going out of the shop.
