poor service and uglyattitude

<p>today on my lunch hour, I went to the Spar supermarket in gugulethu mall.</p> <p> </p> <p>I stood @ the deli queue for 30 minutes without being helped. instead the lady working the served people @ the far back and the other one helped a customer that was 4th in line.</p> <p>I decide to speak up but those ladies couldn't care less. I reported the matter to HR because manager was in a meeting.</p> <p> </p> <p>the ladies response was that I didn't ask to be helped. me standing in the queue already shows that I want to be helped!</p> <p>no apology was received from the supervisor and partner @ the deli. the HR lady apologized but it was not enough because the ones in the wrong weren't interested in apologisingto me the customer.</p> <p>I don't have any wish to shop there any longer. the service I received was very poor.</p>
