poor service and ugly attitude

<p>Incident of the 05/04/2017</p> <p> </p> <p>Spar Deli ladies Ntsiki and Sarah(Supervisor).</p> <p>After standing in queue for 30 minutes, people behind me were served while I was standing there. I complained to HR lady since the store manager was at a meeting, she attended to the matter but with failure. Both the ladies did not apologise for what had took place, instead the Supervisor said I did not ask to be helped. obviously if I was standing there I needed to be helped.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have no more interest in shopping there, and I am a customer of Spar but the poor service and ugly attitude has changed that.</p>
