Poor service and rude cashier

I received a poor service today on the 10th of January, a cashier by the name of Lebogang at Groblersdal Mall spar. I was buying soda drinks and also wanted paper glass, she said she doesn't have and I told me that one of the packer said I will get them at the till then she said she don't have. I asked her to ask other cashiers if they have and she said if she doesn't have other cashiers won't have. After paying I asked the next cashier and I got them. I went back to her still she was not remorseful she still told me she did not have them and there is nothing she could have done. That was a poor service and she was rude
