Poor service and ignorance

I had a very sad and disappointing experience with Houtbay Spar where they had mixup of prices. When i was paying by the till they scanned a different price from what was in the shelves. I told them that the price was wrong. The treatment I received from the guy who supposed to be a packer was of a ********. I reported the matter to Spar who did nothing about that. I still have a case number which meant nothing to them. I hate Spar, their service stink and they don't care about customers. They didn't even apologies for their bad service.
