Poor Service and Harassment

My siblings and I were treated very poorly by security guards at Spar tops we were touched/pulled by a male security guard that demanded our id's. When we asked why he touched us he claimed that we ignored him even though there were multiple eye witnesses and the Tops Manger Ellen was ignored and told us what did we expect him to do if he didn't touch us. the part that makes me angry is, when we told her that the security guard tell another girl in because of her ****s she turned a blind eye. Another employee got involved Koketso also turned a blind eye and laughed at our situation and am not happy with the type of man that work at our Spar that lack respect it is very difficult for us to report him because he did not have a name tag but we were told that his name is Johannes Mahlagu this incident happened on Saturday around 18:30 pm on the 22 October 2022.... On Monday the 24 October 2022 around 17:00 pm I went back with my mother and aunt and he kept point a at them I honestly feel disgustied by the way women are treated at that shop and it's sad that the most part of the situation and issue was taken outside and I showed Ellen both my passport and id I personally feel that I am in the apartheid era where one needs to carry id's and passport around this is unprofessional and disrespectful.
