Poor service and awful fast food

I went to this store to get some fast food. I placed my order and the lady grabbed the pre-prepared food and headed of to the back office. After a prolonged period of time I was handed a parcel without a thank you or goodbye, I went to pay for it. As I arrived at my vehicle opened it and discovered that everything is ice cold and half of the burgers filling was mixed in with the chips. Seems this branch is playing football with the food parcels or something.<br> <br> Why on earth would a customer wait 15 minutes for cold food, if he wanted cold food he would have taken it from the fridges?<br> Why on earth would a customer be served food prepared like this?<br>
