Poor service

This store offers cash-back to in-store customers however I have been unsuccessful on the last four times I have been to this store for the purpose of getting cash-back. The service is poor with very few cashiers, particularly during peak hours, and on top of that, I have wasted my time four visits in a row now standing in queues only to be told that they have no available cash and to use an ATM.
