Poor service

<p>Earlier today my wife bought some samoosas at the Westville SuperSpar on Church Street. To start with, there was nobody at the till at the samoosa station, and she was told to pay at the cigarette counter, where she was next in line to a man paying a bill which took more than 5 minutes, while the adjoining till stood unmanned. When she finally got to pay, another person shoved his way ahead of her AND WAS SERVED BY THE PERSON MANNING THE TILL!</p> <p>When my wife asked to see the manager, the person behind the counter said she would call the manager, but continued to pack cigarettes into the shelves, ignoring my wife's request.</p> <p>This is NOT the first time many people have stood in the queue at the cigarette counter at the Westville SuperSpar, while other people are randomly served, completely ignoring queuing etiquette.</p> <p>While this was happening, there was not a manager in sight.</p>
