Poor service

The ladies at the kitchen department are mean, two weeks ago i reported the matter to the manager and he spoke to them but the very same thing happened to me again today. This is what happened. They help people who they know first and would just skip you on the line and help someone behind you. I even went to stand next to a "the que start here" sign but still nothing happened. Then i asked the lady why am i not being served food and she just looked at me and continued chowing her gum.
