Poor service

I went to the Spar and purchased a slice of cake. The catering staff was not properly dressed as required. the lady who assisted me used her hands and not gloves to pack the cake.I started eating the cake outside the store and found hair in my cake. I took it back and was refunded. The store in general is neat but the catering staff needs to be trained on how to handle food.
