Poor service

I went to Spar on the 18th of June at about 17h00. Only a few tills were open and lots of People in the shop . I asked to speak to the Manager of politely asked him if they could not open more tills (as this is a general problem at Spar that during lunch hours and at the end of working day there are only two or three tills open) I was told that they have an pandemic and that I should deal with it. On my comment that this has nothing to do with the pandemic I was told that there are many shops in Herm**** and that I could go shop there . I asked the managers name and very sarcastic he said I am ..............Aangename Kennis . Spar in Gateway wont see me again .
