Poor service

So I went to spar birchgate Kempton Park tonight around 19:40 pm only to get poor service from a teller , I was standing inline and she closed the till and moved me to another till without even attempting to help me , when I got to the other till I also wanted a cash withdrawal the teller told me she doesn’t have enough money , she also sent me to another till wherein I had to stand inline again 3rd time now , the teller that moved me first time around continued helping others , this now made me realize that I’m getting poor service unnecessarily and I did not appreciate this , I then requested to see the manager “named Johan “ the manager I explained how unhappy I was with the service and he said he will have a word with the teller and said I will have to stand inline to be helped , this made me even more in happy, after being sent to Three different tills and standing inline at all three of them the manager tells me he will have a word with the teller and I unfortunately still have to stand inline again to be assisted ????
