Poor resolve for complaint

I had a bad experience with Spar Haasendal.I bought sausage at store on the evening of the 10th January 2022.arrived at my destination in Du toits kloof and when my we made the sausage it was off.The entire place was smelling. I called the store on the 12th at 9h15 and spoke to store manager who informed me that we needed to transport that meat back to store for investigation.The store manager did not even apologize for the inconvenience He offered me no resolve which is unacceptable.This leaves a bad taste in my mouth and makes me not want to shop at that store again.I am extremely disappointed As we reside in kuilsriver and often use the store.I am extremely disappointed in the poor service .
