Poor quality management

I ordered a spinach and feta tramezinni for take away from the SPAR Eastside Secunda branch. The lady that took my order specifically asked of I'd like mozzarella or cheddar cheese and I chose the mozzarella. I collect the order and when I get home, I see its cheddar. I call back and query this, all I get is an apology from a lady by the name Roxanne and later she asks me if she can make a new 1 for me to fetch. I'm at a friend's place that's approximately 18km return trip and its peak time with regards to traffic. There should be quality management in place so one doesn't have to go through the inconvenience of having to come correct orders or the disappointment of receiving the wrong order.
