Poor Quality for premium products

We have been buying the Spar brand of Viennas now for few years because it was my kids favourite. They liked it because it is generally very tasty and has a firm texture but over the weekend we bought the smoked Viennas with cheese and my kids and two of their friends said they never liked it and tonight we made the chicken and cheese flavour again it was mushy tasted awful and had a funny smell. I am really disappointed in this brand that we have trust and enjoyed for such a long time.
