Poor manners at hot food counter.

We went to our local Spar at Bel Airs Shopping center for meals and home items, we average use the store about three times a week and its our main easy access go to place.

Being so regular we know most of till staff and floor staff, and generally get very good and friendly service.

Sadly this evening was not the case when trying to buy hot food from there counters.

First the lady spend her time on her cell phone not helping, then when her co worker point us out she carried on her phone a bit before coming over to assist. This alone I felt was bad service and cell phone should not be allowed when a person is on duty at a counter. Then when she did come out gave us the horrible unfriend attitude almost as if to be annoyed that we are interrupting her, this was follow by her showing no manner and extremely unfriend not really wanting to help us with the meals.

I walked away in anger and in the front of store could not find a manager to complain to, so have left a review here.

This is a pity that one persons poor services brings down an entire shops usual amazing friendly service.
