Poor management of store and staff

The worst managed Spar I have ever shopped at. Wish I could give it -1 Star. This store is not worthy to hold a SPAR name and it should be removed... I would rather drive the extra 22km another area to do my shopping, most likely at the Checkers that offers more.

Not everybody carries cash today - card is safer and more convenient for all who shop. This is a well known fact that a Store such a SPAR should be aware of.

I understand load shedding has its issues - but not to offer card facilities at all when its happening at an extremely poor effort.... The cost of a UPS to keep your internet up is very low and a store of this size and brand should be able to have this... even a simple thing like a backup LTE when then fibre is down.. Basic IT requirements. And is cant be a power issue anyway as the centre has a generator running, all your lights and fridges were on plus even though only about quarter or your will were being used - all the other were turned on.

Half the items on shelves are not priced or priced incorrectly.... e.g Potatoes with big sign showing R64.99 but all pockets with beetroot stickers for a much higher price... If you ask the floor staff for a price they give u the incorrect price for an unmarked item... If the price is lower on the item or shelf - buy on the register it higher - they don't give you the marked price...

Cleanliness is another issue I wont even go into detail cause there is not much of it... Covid restrictions do not apply to staff or customers... The selection of meats is appalling....

I can mention more but I feel I have said enough - perhaps Spar Head Office you remind this store of their standards - I am been to many other Spar's before all over the country and they are much better places to shop at than this one.
