Poor Management at Parkrand spar

PARKRAND SPAR Their management undermine it's workers you can not shout your workers infront of customers and when the fellow worker stand for the other you tell him to ***off he can't tell you how to run your stores. I witnessed a traumatic situation in that store where a girl broked the handle it was a drama the way he insulted his worker infront of us it not right respect your workers are making money for you.
