Poor Management at its best

This is worst spar I have ever been to, with the poor management. Always have empty shelves and the cold drinks fridge broken for a couple of weeks if not months ,is it because it not in the suburbs? No price tags on some items that on its own shows that someone is not doing what he is paid to do.
