Poor Logistics during covid

Spar Chatsworth...Absolutely disappointing to note that very few till points are open especially during pension days. Yesterday the queues were ridiculously long, no express cash point yet there’s signage stating that social distancing must be maintained, how absurdly contradictory when you have long queues going into the aisles. An appeal for a manager fell on deaf ears, no visibility whatsoever, no urgency for efficiency. Elderly shoppers put at risk whilst risking their lives to fend for themselves by collecting social grants & essentials. Despicable logistical problems clearly evident!
