Poor freshness and healthy food

I purchased a greek salad at Spar Fourways garden Tel *** around 4pm 26 feb 2020 (staying around the corner) and the pack date was 24 feb and sell date by 28 feb. The results while keeping it in my fridge (standard cooling temperature) was disgusted when i wanted to have supper on 27 feb.. The salad was old and not fresh and became a different colour and old when I eventually could not eat because of health concerns.. I would likevto formally lodge a a complaint and will take the matter further if nothing is done and would rather shop somewhere else. I would like to be reimbursed for this.
