Poor Customer Treatment and Training

Last year (2019) December i was buying alcohol from the Spar in Buccleuch, I was spending about 200-400 every week. When there were no issues. As soon as I came with coins, after waiting in a line that had 6 people in front of me, i was told by the cashier (FAITH N) to step aside and count my money. Which makes no sense i count the money and then the cashier doesn't check the amount? Today 17 Nov 2020 The same (Faith N) I gave here empty bottles she told me. I must go to the back of the liquor store to get a crate for the beer bottles. (found this odd but i went and got the crate) then i started putting the bottles in the crate and FAITH N tells me I'm not allowed to put the bottles on top of the counter i must put them in the crate on the floor. So I put the crate on the floor and start loading the empty bottles into the crate, then she says not by the counter and points to the middle of the floor. What i want to understand is, is it my Job to fetch a crate, and be told where and how to load them? Does she treat all customers like this or is it just me. I kept quiet last year but i can see now that maybe I shut speak out and find out (BUCCLEUCH SPAR) FAITH N gave me this kind of service.
