Poor customer service(CULLINAN SPAR)

I was very much disappointed by the teller Busi Ntuli.We waited at her till number 5 serving a ggentleman. I was disturbed by the fact that she was they were chatting with her fellow colleague, she didn't acknowledge us as customer behind the gentleman who stood the so I asked if there was a problem. She rep**** yeah she did inform the gentleman in front of him but if we don't have patience we must go to any other till. She responded in a bad attitude she is rude. Some of them use their phone in front of customers.Cullinan Spar must train their staff with customer service.Customers need to be acknowledged and treated with dignity. We are protected by Customer Protection Act.
