Poor customer service Mopani Superspar Giyani

On the 1st April 2025, at around 13h00 I went to Mopani Spar to buy some groceries. To my suprise there were no trolleys at the entrance and I was advised to chase behind customers who were going to their cars to get trolleys from them. I joined a group of other customers, young and old who were doing that. I called the store to alert them about the situation and I was connected with the trolley manager, who was anything but rude. He decided to give me a lesson and told me that I, as a customer was to blame for the problem. I'm appalled by your poor service Mopani Spar, and your victim blaming mentality and poor managerial skills. We are spending our precious and hard earned cash to be treated like pre-school kids. Shame on you
