Poor customer service

I got a very bad service this morning at Spar Gandhi Square (JHB, Marshaltown)

I bought Jacobs Krouning that’s on special where you buy 200g jar/230g refill and 47.5G jar for R159.99. When I got to the till they scanned normal price and didn’t subtract discounted price, meaning it had to be voided which was quickly done by some supervisor. Nomkhosi Nxumalo who was behind the till all along happens to be the supervisor or manager made me wait for a good 15 for no reason while waiting a guy from Fidelity came in to pick up or drop money I don’t know, she left me waiting there and attended him , the guy came out from the office they went into and left. She then came out after about 7 min or so looking for something/someone she didn’t find and went back to the office. The cashier who was Siphokazi Sokhanyile called Nomkhosi to assist with the overide as I was complaining on the time I’ve been waiting, that was then she assisted with attitude, I was so upset honestly. It was the worst start of my day.
