Poor customer service cashback

I have received the worst customer service today! Heidelberg Spar refused to give me R200 cash back while it is a sevie they provide as seen on TV! I am disappointed with their service as well as the manager, who I spoke too and did nothing after I bought groceries over R200, played lotto and also bought at the Spar liquor store yet there was no help! I am very disappointed and angry because they made me stand there waiting in my heels for nothing!
