Poor customer service

Dear Hello Peter Team I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issue at Tshakhuma Spar,

Today it was second time getting poor customer service, "Spar employees can you please stop acting like you ar the manager"... Today i met the cashier who had no name tag that time, i was asking for withdrawal.. She said i must buy something for R50.00 then she will give me money after.. So i didnt understand, i asked y.. Then she gave me attitude using body language, after that she said if you dont want to buy just leave and you have a choice moss, you can even use ATM on your way out..

Then i felt like nothing i can talk with her since she gav me that attitude, I asked for manager because i still need to understand the reasons of purchasing something first... She said "our manager went out, if you dont understand me you wont get any help from anyone" I asked for front line manager since we where talking about store manager. Cashier said is me, am the one who's in charge (supervisor) I told her that am looking for front line manager not front line supervisor.. Then she change the story "Front line manager is me, the lady next to you is supervisor" She point someone who was packing..

I just told myself that i wont get any help here. And both of them name tage dololo, i asked name of the cashier.

She said "Tshilidzi Mashudu"
